Brico Depot: The DIY Powerhouse
Brico is a 30-year-old DIY giant which is a part of the Kingfisher Group and the third largest DIY and construction materials distributor for professionals and individuals worldwide. Given the huge size of their stores, they will walk you through the technology allowing customers to test and better understand smart products before they buy.
They have also introduced dynamic pricing and electronic shelf labelling powered by cloud solutions to ensure they stay committed to their lowest price guarantee. They will also walk us through the challenges they encountered along the way and how they adapted as a result to boost their sales and loyalty.

Wonder Photo Shop: The memory revivalist
The Fujifilm Wonder Photo Shop was born in Barcelona in 2015 and has served as inspiration for a store format that has thrived everywhere from Columbia to China since then.
The Wonder Photo Shop has been built to bring creativity, design and technology together to turn our special moments into a unique and personal experience.
More than a camera and photo printing shop featuring the latest in digital and environmentally friendly printing, this space combines a variety of lessons with a gallery featuring Catalonian artists.
Desigual: The colourful, creative fashion force
Desigual is an international brand born in 1984 as a result of a dream: imagine a world where people can dress differently; a world where we can all be ourselves. Desigual is driven by innovation, uniqueness, authenticity and boldness.
Team Desigual will be walking us through their visual and commercial strategy and introducing us to their latest innovations driving forward their in-store customer experience.
The LEGO Store Barcelona: The "Retailtainment" experience
Stepping inside, visitors are greeted by a celebration of Catalan culture and creativity, intricately depicted through LEGO bricks. The store pays homage to Antoni Gaudí's architectural marvels, notably showcasing a 3D model of the Basílica de la Sagrada Familia crafted over 1,223 hours.
Beyond its thematic allure, the store boasts personalized experiences like the "Mosaic Maker" and "Minifigure Factory," along with the largest assortment of LEGO products in Spain.

Lynk & Co: The all in one - club, cars and community
Lynk & Co, of Swedish origins, is a flexible mobility solution, an alternative to traditional car dealerships. They don’t do stores, they do clubs.
Their Barcelona club is designed to be a community hub, where a bar, retail store, events and co-working happily live side by side with the business.
They’ll be walking us through the intersection of design, sustainability, partnerships and community that this space accommodates, and the brand impact that it’s made with customers and beyond.
Cottet Óptica y Audiología: The cool centenarian
Cottet, a leader in visual and hearing health, is a brand founded in 1902, with nearly 40 stores across Spain.
Across 11,000 square feet of historical real estate, the Barcelona flagship acts as museum, store and health centre, with tech acting as an experiential glue.
Their Marketing Director will walk you through their vision and strategy: what’s worked, what hasn’t, and vital lessons garnered from customers’ interactions with store technology.
FC Barcelona : Camp Nou
Includes an immersive digital museum tour, followed by a viewing point photo opportunity inside the Camp Nou Stadium and a tour of the store.
